As this type frame of building being attacked Saying it can't work. This been used in aircraft, boat building.

It's faster than wood. Will last longer not affected by age, water, bugs . By using the balloon style

with foam broad and can foam .You have insulation built in , lighter stronger.

When I did the angles . I cut each piece one at a time .So when making the angles had to fight to keep true. Also had three bound lines.. Had six hours of work in making the two sides

The floor foreman came out and bounded all the small pieces in to one long one. Marked out where the bends needed to be placed.

The long pieces placed on the floor north to south. At the angles you dived by two.One haft marked to the right the other to the left of a 90 right angle. Then cut to what is the top. removed the cast off bending to the right angle. Using panels clamps to hold for bounding. The time to cut for a ten foot weekender. For the two sides .Under one hour.

The attacks being posted by ones that ."Your friend invented this & their invention has been stolen

a poster with the name jscherb did quite a bit with the same idea, looking to create a system he could liscense t a manufacturer to sell. nobody bit, but he proved the concept, and even proposed designs very much like your own. good luck, many of us are following to see how you do.

At the shop they love the two brothers.
How did they '' he proved the concept,'' This was used in 1950-60 Became
out of flavor when the fiberglass pull extruder came out.

At the shop .Every new worker is to read the brothers post and make something using there con cep. This is a big joke.
As I been employed doing this before. So did not fall for it.

I made the mistake doing one piece at a time . Had to fight every corner.

It's easier to bond smaller pieces into one long piece. Then using the cut & hinge it locks one plane. For the jeep people look at old bath tubs. trash basket at 99c store It has the older jeep profile . Just like (JST) postS.

Just use http://www.homedepot.com/p/Woodgrain-Di ... /206178822 on any in side curve

There over ten shops that still make them.
As licensing maybe 50 years a go

In the beginning I planed to use 1/4 inch foam . Using 1/4 inch foam would make for low weighting trailer.

The cost is $ 61.00 for each sheet. Ware as 1 inch is closer to $20.00 a sheet. The weight cost is 597 gm for each square foot by one inch. When using box store foam .It will need removal of all paper and alum for boding with can foam and enter skin

Now that you have look over the contents of the two brothers post .Now forget it. This is about you making your own. At a cost most can live with. For using a single profile . Someone has made it in a bath tub, heater, waste basket, for inside curve.

At the shop there a weekender being made that will be the same as the top of a 2016 ford truck bed . A plaster of pairs casting was made then added http://www.homedepot.com/p/Woodgrain-Di ... /206178822 to the casting to make the lip . . To release the fiberglass. The plaster is broken apart.

If you have a hard time getting your head around this. Take a box .Place some tape two inches from the bottom on the inside side.On the bottom of the box place tape two inches from the side .If you pulled a part it will have the reset lip.

Back in the 50s you may have built like the two brothers built. They’re many upstanding builders that are manufacturing in same way. They’re four on Ebay that I seen selling this form.

Now moving forward. The way to build is sandwich panels .Now that you are using your Tec composite curing autoclave for drying shoes. Your pull extruder is making spaghetti. So you are left with poor person sandwich panels. Not that hard to perform. . Think of a kids bounce house. That uses air to hold up. .You’ll be use foam to replace the air. There a few tricks to make it work. I’ll not make this in to a inforadd

There some deadly information being put out. About this way of building .By people that know better. When your trailer comes a part on the road .What do you think will happen to the car behind you.

The is about putting this together . Body feller /Bondo .Has no strength are adhesion . Reading the can no more than 1/4'' thick. It will shrink . You can break a part with your hands It's meant to hang on the side of a panel
