Adding pieces, cutting fitting and tossing pieces.
Outsides cut with scroll saw, inside converted to hot wire.

With the spacer's behind the hinge, to make room for the soft T moulding / Q seal,
Flat almost square, and a challenge for the first / last & only; door i have made.

I am hoping I don't need to, but the little curl I have here is a big unknown to me.

I had drawn one similar to JazzVinal's, Foamy 2 may have it :lol:
In time the 225 deg Awning I don't have may help!

While in storage It will be pampered much more then in use. ;)

I didn't expect it to protrude, But I used what I asked for :lol:
Found nice 2" tube wire way's that I wasted, and didn't expect to be this far out on the edge.
You are one that could use that 45A output charger :thinking: but I wouldn't let you test it at my house :lol:

Almost ready to tack together :frightened: Cleaning & Thinking something's not done!
