Interesting. I am curious of all the cutouts in the walls.... stained glass windows? Pass-thrus? just windows? Inquisitive minds want to know ;) I thought about putting a leaded stained glass window in one of my walls. After thinking about it, I decided Nay, the road and bouncing would be too much for it, even if I encased it in safety glass.

Those cutouts are for insulation. Do a search on this site for "Sandwich Wall" for a whole lotta information.

The cutouts are to "skeletonize" the walls. saves a lot of weight on those 3/4" plywood walls and allows for rigid foam insulation.

The large cutout seen in the front in one of the pictures will be for a window. Window will be 1/4" acrylic and held in with a trimlok gasket. Outer skin will not be cut till after it is coated in epoxy and fiberglass.

Stained the body. A little blotchy but hopefully when the epoxy is applied it will look good
