That's the crazy part, she cranked it out in a week or so. I wish I could build campers as fast as she quilts.

I've had this idea for a plexiglass safety shield bouncing around for a year or so and I finally got it done today. Safety first I always say:

I can finally sleep well tonight.

"WARNING, Plexiglas is known to the State of California to cause CANCER! Do not go near the Plexiglas when the van is in California."

I took a class in an Air Force lab some 40 years ago, and there was a large bus bar behind some protective screen. The warning label indicated it carried 26 amps at 3 volts. I was tempted to put my finger through the screen because 3 volts shouldn't hurt, and the 26 amps shouldn't go through me! But I never did. Maybe someone got the sign wrong.

Thanks! I put heat shrink tubing on the standoffs, now it looks insulated.

I started up the sink for the first time today, no leaks to the faucet but a leak in the drain line. It's been so long since I bought the faucet I kinda forgot that there's a light in it that turns colors with temperature. Isn't that nifty!

A significant upgrade would be to wire in some kind of device to make the light blink to the beat of the disco music.

I took your advise and added a safety sticker to the plexiglass. I also insulated the stand offs with heat shrink, just because I thought it would look cool:


I used leftover pieces of plexiglass to add some covers to the batteries but I'm out of safety stickers. I'll have to look around for some more:
