Ribs in the oven?!?!? why would you do that to a rib now..come on. ribs just arent what they are supposed to be unless that have that nice smokey taste..you just cant get that in the oven. if you get a good rack of babies and give em a good rub with your favorite spices...i use the 3-2-1 method for ribs. Which means means 3 hours of smoke, 2 hours in foil and then the last hour in the smoker with some sauce. this method is reduced for baby backs...thats the time usually for spares. there is NOTHING like a smoked rib.....bah! :D

We reached a compromise... Ribs in the oven/grill today and in the smoker tomorrow...

Geesh, I am so looking forward to tomorrow!!!

hehe...the site is back..yay!

have you ever smoked ribs on your smoker? i have a few times..the last time it was perfect...the few times before, i kinda screwed em up a lil..lol
