Ingredients: 1 large sweet potato, cinnimon and spices, large flour tortillas, jar of Nestle's Sugar-free Carmel Vanilla Creamer, Butter-flavored Crisco spray, frying pan or grille

1. Cut the sweet potato up in thin slices, so that it will cook quicker

2. Mash the potatos up after it has cooked and add butter, some sugar (or sweetner) and cinnimon and spices to your taste.

NOTE: This can be done at home. Place mashed sweet potatoe mixture in a plastic storage bag or container and refrigerate for later when you take it on your camping trip.

3. Take a tortillas and spray both side with the butter-flavored Crisco.

4. Sprinkle some of the Vanilla Carmel Creamer on one side of the tortillas and scoop about 2 to 3 table spoons of the sweet potato mixture on top.

5. Fold the tortilla around the sweet potato mixture and sear both sides of the combo in a hot frying pan or on the grill. The Crisco that you sprayed on will make the tortillas crispy when you sear it.

6. Sprinkle some more Vanilla Carmel Creamer and cinnimon on the outside of the burrito after you remove it from the frying pan.

The resulting burrito is a delicious and crispy treat!

ENJOY! :D

Dan Quayle? No Sir! I certainly did not :x Seriously though, I don't get it. Does Dan like Sweet Potatoes a lot? 'Cause iffen he does, he should dry this here Sweet Potatoe Burrito... no, no the new name is "Sweet Potato Fritter"!

{P.S. I know that you are "trying" to be a smarty-pants about my original spelling of "potato". :thumbdown: If you are going spell-check the forum's posts, roll up your sleeves; you've got a lot work to do. Remember good old fashioned common courteousy and mutual respect?}
