copper pipe and fittings for propane

Good weather and I am working on the back log of uncompleted projects and among them is installing the gas point for the grill and re doing the gas piping. I am however having difficulty finding fittings. I have two copper lines coming up through the floor, one for the cook top and the other for the water heater and I need to add a third line. I plan on replacing the whole line and taking the branches off inside rather than under the floor (this is a ventilated area btw, and there is a gas monitor).

I nver through away fittings. They get sorted into coffee cans and five gallon buckets.
Yesterday I stripped a pile of stuff out of a wrecked trailer. Windows, furnace, power station...and a bunch of copper with fittings.

Good way to get plenty of "outlets" (manifold)...

I installed the gas point today, It makes me VERY nervous drilling BIG HOLES in the side of the trailer and I realized the fittings are compression. This is from one of the bigger gas fittings manufacturers in the UK so I am assuming that they feel it is OK to use them. Considering what else they are used for and if you test them for leaks why not.
