Water/Electrical outside hookup- which side?

Do folks normally do the exterior hookups on the driver's side of the trailer or the passenger?

I'm not doing a tear - more of a really small standup trailer and the entrance will be gypsy style in the rear.

Thanks!

Pretty much a universal that they are on the left/drivers side as that is where pedestals and water hookups in camp grounds are.

Also depends on if you're talking about water/power in or out. Like Shadow said, to hook up your power and water that's feeding into your trailer, you'll want it on the driver's side. If you plan on having an outside tap or shower, and a 110v plug outside your trailer, you'll want that on the passenger's side.

Or just go crazy and put it all on the front

When I built my trailer I didn't know that campgrounds had the power pedestal on the drivers side. My power inlet is on the passenger side, but it is no big deal to run the cord behind the tires to reach the power box.

Generally this is true; however...

as you can see on this site, it isn't always the case. (I for once was happy to have a too-long electrical cord for this situation.)
