hello,
could I please get some help on what size of waterline to use for my CTC:
main water inlet supply?
sink faucet supply?
sink drain?
shower drain?
toilet supply?

It won't help, but in 1967, the great Smokey Yunick used a 3-inch fuel line from the tank to the firewall, that carried an "extra" 3 gallons over "normal". Some say he was cheating.

Well... in a house, it's 1/2" for the feeders and 3/4" main I believe.

My thoughts would be to match either the outlet of the pump or inlet to the fixture. Unless you plan on using multiple fixtures at the same time, I doubt it matters much.

(Disclaimer. I haven't built one of these yet, but I have been designing in my head for a while. Also I am a civil engineer but I specialize in concrete and dirt.)

Will this CTC have it's own fresh water tank?
Will there be an on-board electric pump to pressurize the system.
Will the CTC rely on just an external supplied water and pressure?

i plan on a fresh water tank (maybe now or maybe in the future when
money spending slows...haha) i am building accomidations for it inside.
for now i have debated using a 55 gal drum with hose run to it just
outside the CTC.

OK, you're shooting for the option of "primitive", stand-alone camping. Personally, my recommendation would be to run pump size on both inlet and outlet. If it's 3/4", so much the better. Run the outlet size to your shower. That will want the most volume. The rest, I'd run a standard 3/8" supply for the water. As for the sink and shower waste drain, I would think a standard 1-1/4" PVC waste pipe would be more than sufficient.
By utilizing standard plumbing sizes and materials for supply and waste, you can fix things on the road at any big-box home supply outlet, or even a small town hardware store.

Sounds good; keeping the standard of the pump inlet and outlet makes sense.
