This is very interesting looking paint. The trailer looks great.

What about sun heat, does it heat up much under the direct sun to be a concern?

I'm guessing that the reflective nature of the paint probably reflects sunlight, so probably stays cooler than equivalent or darker colors of non-metallic paint.

Mike...

Very retro looking. Reminds me of the spaceships in the old Flash Gordon movies.

Hey, you could use that as a theme for a graphic on the side!

JMHO .... A really nice accent stripe would be a tasteful addition ... The old Piper Cub "lightning bolt “ would be easy to do at home and look retro Cool 8) ... Just sayin’ . sometimes less is More ...

We're back! After a hopefully, well deserved break yesterday, we are back at it. One of these days someone is going to have to tell me how long it took to build this thing.

Today we hung the doors, hatch and windows...

We also started thinking about the ac. Here's our thoughts...

and here's the doors and windows...

Well, it only took just over a month of physical construction from first foam cuts to it's current state going by post dates. That doesn't include the frame mods way back in January or all the planning and programming to get to the first cuts. But you should be able to get the next one done in a couple of weeks now that you have it all sorted out. :R Nice work BTW. I especially like the front window panel. Carving it instead of bending it was genius. :applause:

Cool, just over a month!

Tonight I am going to bring home some wood and start thinking about the little cabinet that goes on the inside of the galley. It might include the tiny cabinet above the galley counter.

Thanks for all the comments! :D
