The wood on the sides of the foam lower walls is just thin plywood , for maximum strength ,the framing is for joining the “boxâ€

First things first , I think we maybe oughta’ move this over to the Foamie builds thread and can devote all that without disturbing anyone ... This is sorta’ specialized and don’t know if everyone would benefit from our â€

i agree. i also just tried to split this off and move it and well it screwed up my puter.

well i am a dummy. i can't figue out how to move only these couple of posts over. and i think because this thread is so long that it messes with my puter for a split topic.

can you just post that pic over there and i will just delete here? maybe that will work. might not be the easiest way, but it is a way.

i also was thinking about this big long thread. especially after trying to split off these last few posts. i am looking for input here and opinions:
should i close this one and start a new one, with a new name. leave this one as a sticky?
the new one could be titled with a more appropriate name, allowing for the chit chat without getting on anyones nerves?

Just once ... only to drive 6 miles to the nearest store for some carbonated beverages... Counted 6 Cargo trailers along the way ... those things are Everywhere !!!

Things always seem quieter in the winter ... everybody working on their campers in their heated garages .... the camping season is getting Close ... gotta’ get ready !!

well i see where the campfire thread has over 1,000 pages, so i think we are still good here.

well today is the day the scedual(that does not look right?) says the refund should be here. i hope it is, not only for the trailer issues, but i need it for groceries. that and i also do have a cruise on hold, which i need my deposit for.
i know i am just rambling.

I too enjoy reading the daily posts
reading about using a hot wire and cutting foam has brought back lots of memories of my foam and fiberglass airplane building days.
I don't have the desire to build a foam trailer I just want to convert a cargo trailer.
earlier this month I was headed to Michigan to tour the factory and place my order when they were hit with a snow storm.
then last week we had an Ice/snow storm now my bathtub/shower has a hole in it.
replacing it and some other repairs that need done when the walls are torn apart well darn it trailer will have to wait some more.
those living on a disability income didn't mean much when I was working, now the shoe is on the other foot reality has come home to roost
so you guys keep building and posting and I'll keep reading.

Pete, agreed !!! Living on a fixed income can be “challenging: ... and as of yet , Millionaires , who don’t pay taxes, have yet to create a job for me ...
