[quote="5150red"]Update:
I chose to coat the bottom with the asphalt fence post paint after seeing another builder use it. It seemed so easy.
After several coats of the asphalt fence post paint, I'm A little disappointed in how it soaked in. Next time I will try "the mix".
I managed to flip the floor right side up and picked up my canvas.
Walls are glued and ready to go. Well, the front wall seam needs some extra work. I thought I could kerf the front wall but apparently I was too aggressive and my board snapped. Last night trimmed the front board to the right angle and glued it back together with Great Stuff. Man that GS is messy! I think I will stick with the GG unless there is another large gap I have to fill. I have to figure out how to clean up that joint.

If you plan to use pmf, before you bend a kurfed piece glue the canvass on the
outside of the curve. It will help resist your bending and hold the outside
together.... Perhaps at that point a few more kerfs could be needed.

I still have some trim work to do inside & I need to finish with some type of paint pattern on the outside.
Today I am moving from WV to TN so keep an eye out. Image

Trailer is looking good.
Where in TN are you moving to, Red? I'm in the eastern end of TN, 30 minutes north of Asheville NC.
It's 5 o'clock somewhere ... time for a

This is my first time posting on here. So I am planning the best bicycle camper possible run by a 3000w mid drive ebike. I want the total weight to go below 300kg of course probably around 200kg is doable, insulated as well.
90cm width expanding to 180cm (the whole chassis will expand with the body manually)
170cm tall (to look see something looking backwards on the bike) from the ground expanding to ~230cm tall do that i can walk inside.
~3m long
~2 strong bicycle wheels + holders on the ground when I'm parked.
Chassis out of aluminium or pvc (perhaps reinforced with fiberglass)
Construction made out of Fiberglass on thin xps foam or super thin aluminium and after that on both options closed cell spray foam to make a sandwich. (I know expensive but money won't be the factor) total insulation around an inch to one and a half thick. I want the spray foam as well to be able to walk on the floor without any heavy flooring. On the roof I want only xps foam with aluminium unglued so that I can remove the foam in hot climates so that the heat won't be trapped inside the van.

For the inside stuff I will use Plywood, honeycomb materials, plastic, aluminium and perhaps xps foam as my materials.
I will use a projector for movies and enchanted dining experience with beautiful scenerys with sound or just to watch series when chilling in the bed.
I will fit first a big bed made out of 2-3x camping air mattress that inflates automatically and does not make sound with 2-3inches of gel foam mattress. (super comfy they say)
I will only be able to fit the bed 2m then kitchen 1m< but the bed will become a sofa and there will be more leg room.

This is just my speculations and I would be happy for you all to criticise and help me make something like this work. I want the best bicycle camper there is in the world as of yet.

I would politely ask that you reconsider this. An aluminum roof with no insulation will heat up like a solar oven. Keep the insulation and add ventilation to move heated air out.
