There hasn't been any updates in a while. Hopefully there's been progress, I've been following this thread closely as I need something of this size and weight also.

What are your plans for furnishing the interior?

Bumping back up. Still looking. How is this one coming along.

We haven't given up on this. We have all the canvas cut but have been holding off glueing anything since we read that some were having trouble with TB2 delaminating. We ordered some Chill Seal and were told it's no longer being manufactured. Tim read that Mike is using latex enamel paint for his so that's what we'll do. We'd planned to start glueing this week end but our drain is leaking so we'll be plumbing instead.

P.S. The latex enamel is working good so far. But you might want to invest in a box of stick pins.

Actually we have 2 boxes of stick pins.
We were debating what to use for glue with all the options of TB2, 3m 30NF, latex enamel. We are going with the latex enamel. As the wife has said the plan was to start this week end but with are cast iron drain lines leaking that has put it on hold for one more week.

Any updates, I am watching with interet as I plan on doing a 24-28' one.

Our foamie is complete. We've taken it on 4 trips already this summer and plan a few more. It's so much better than we'd even dreamed we can't get enough camping in it.

It does weigh more than we'd hoped - about 1800# fully loaded. Pulls like a dream behind our Tracker, though. We took it to the Upper Peninsula in May, had wind gusts up to 50mph with no trouble. We did have to take our awning down but the trailer is rock solid. We also hit a deer on the way home - the only damage was a cracked control housing on the winch. It was covered by extended warranty so Tim took it back to HF and got a new one. The electric brakes on the trailer helped slow us down quickly, the winch kept the deer from hitting the windshield so all in all we're very lucky. Sadly, the deer didn't make it.

I'd like to build another foamie but Tim is not ready yet. He'll get bored-----

That turned out nice! Any shots of the interior? Looks like you could almost park the Tracker inside. And 1800# loaded aint too shabby.
