Finally found some foam on craigs list, 18- 4'x4' sheets for $40.00. I should have enough to do a couple or three projects  Well today I gorilla glued 4- 4x4 together to make two 4x8' sheets. I then cut out my 2 sides and have them attached to my floor and front and back bulkheads. Would like to keep a record of the build but do not know how to post pics to the board. Will take pics of my progress and may be get them on later.

994569945599454here are some pics of my progress so far. Sides are on ,doors are cut out, front bottom half is on with a small storage area and lift up door that will also serve as a shelf. have not worked on any doors or window cut outs yet. I want to get my small galley built in before I cut in the windows. Not too bad for two days work, and absolutely no idea what I am doing. :NC The good part is I can still push it around the yard with one hand.

It's ICO foam used on roofs , it has fiberglass sheet on both sides. makes the TB stick well, should be a plus when I put on the canvas.

Very cool. Never heard of that stuff before... Where did you find it? How is it priced vs. the blue foam or pink foam? BTW Good luck on your project! Keep posting the pics!

I picked up 18 4'x4'x2" squares on craigs list for $40.00, but you can buy it at roofing supply companies. You can also use regular polyester resin with out melting it. I had to glue the 2x2 pieces together, but it comes in 4x8 sheets, haven't checked prices yet, but I don't think it is any more costly than the blue or pink. I am not able to get the 2" foam here and lowes and home depot don't seem to want to be bothered ordering it for me,so I went with what i could find. Used the blue 3/4" I had around the house for the roof to keep weight down since I will be pulling it with the bike. I have the six days off thanksgiving week hopefully I can get it finished. Thanks for the site and the info all of you provide for us first time builders.
