Mary, I like your valve under the trailer. I am not sure why I like it, but I do. I was just going to add a 90 deg. fitting there and put the valve inside the trailer next to the water heater. And the double connector is a good idea should I later want to connect a store (doubtful though).

Thanks everyone, I do appreciate every comment. My brother insisted that I have a valve on the gas line in the back of the trailer. having two outlets, one for my stove and one for a lantern will work great. it was hard work "rebuilding and finishing (painting). I still have some to do but it is coming together. I have to re do my cover over the hatch hinge. I have leaks on the ends and my brother has said he would help me again when I come back out to Texas. I hope I will be able to have a meet and greet and check out a foamie in the DFW area. And a second one near Houston when I visit my son. I thank everyone and Yes Sharon hopefully I will make it out next spring, hopefully the county will give me the the average of the prices of the farm properties in this area. Funny how they think that if I wait they wont have to pay me anything, Ha I know more about the laws than they do. I guess they will find out when my attorney lets them know the procedures they have to go by. The county wants to put in a water reservoir and needs my land. I just hope it will be soon. I will post more pictures in a week, I want to get the pictures of the inside all decked out , right now the bed is in my house and all my stuff is in the house.

So it's been a while and a lot of little things have been done. I have put on a new hinge and it's great no leaks. I made screens. I've done a lot of things and I think it is ready to go. I even weighed it 865 pounds and that is with15 pounds of propane. I'm ready to take this puppy to Alaska. I'll start packing tomorrow if you can let me driveway camp message me. I plan to start in NM and from there to San Diego then to Long Beach then up to Yousemity and the other parks then to Sanfransisco continuing up to Alaska. If you want to see a real foamie or as I say pm with your name address and phone number I will spend the next two weeks with my brother north of Dallas and my son south of Houston I will start my travel book on Facebook .... Granny's TD Travels I'm retired I'm not limited on time.

:applause: Wow, Mary! You go, girl! I know you are coming through Redding, where your sister is, and I am looking forward to seeing you and your tiny trailer. Please post here again when you start your Facebook blog. A blog name can get snapped up by someone else before you get a chance to start yours.

I feel privileged to have seen her creation in person, when she stopped by.

This is my favorite picture, because of the saying that she created:

But, I think her favorite might be this one:

Grits...She's got 'em!

To me, she's a modern pioneer! She doesn't let anything stop her from her dreams. :applause: :applause:
