I've started building a foamie boat. Instead of the tried and true sawfish or mouseboat, I am attempting to build a two seater, twin engine, electric speedboat based on the old minimost xl plans.

My aim is to be in the water by the end of May. What could possible go wrong! Feel free to let me know all the things I am doing wrong.

Do some searching in this forum. There is one poster who built some sharp looking canoe/kayaks out of foam. He posted many photos.

And, of course, the thousands of posts in this forum.

I finally reached the point where I couldn't ingest any more theoretical knowledge with out getting some applied knowledge, hence my first (but not last!) foamie build!
