I realize this is an older thread, but why not just use an ez-up and build pmf walls around it. Buckets of water, sand or concrete to hold it down, or secure it to trailer frame with screws and cargo straps. Easiest way to put a roof up that I can think of.

What kind of weather do you expect at the drags? I'm thinking mostly hot, maybe occasional rain.
