Just a few steps (after going to the bathroom and walking the dog):

1. Unload trailer
2. Turn on radio
3. Unfold lawn (green carpet)
4. Setup ez-up
5. Answer questions about trailer
5. Erect picket fence
6. Place flamingos
7. Hang party lights
8. Look for extension cords
9. Check why lights don't work
10. Turn on breaker on power pole
11. Answer questions about dog
12. Unfold chairs for new found friends
13. Whew, take a break and talk to new found friends
14. Start a campfire
15. Make some dinner
16. Oops, gotta walk the dog again
17. Sit around gabbing and looking at the stars
18. Is it time for bed yet?

Of course I can leave out some of those steps if I'm not at a trailer meet.

Nick.

I relax, open the galley and get a coke and maybe some snaks and tak to people then start setting up. Sometimes setting up will take me an hour because I'm never in a hurry, I'm always on Teardrop Time. 8)

Have a good day,
Gage

 That got me tickled. Just the sound of "unfolding the lawn" makes me smile. Well, if you've ever wondered if folks read your posts, now you know.

Hey this was a good old thread, worthy of reviving

1 Hug Julie (if she's there)
2 Get the cooler
3 Grab a beer

I'm with Steve Frederick.
Stop the truck.
Open the door.
Hop out and run for the facilities.

(Bear in mind it's at least a 3-hour drive, no stops, to the campsite. Yeah, if it's in the morning I'm drinking coffee. If it's the afternoon I'm drinking tea. If it's after 3 p.m. I'm chugging water. )

As I usually procrastinate and pass every rest area,"I'll stop at the next one." I usually head for the restroom.

1. The Restroom first.

2. Then I put a table cloth on the table.

3. Unload everything from inside the trailer (which isn't much) and put it on the table.

4. Put down the rug.

5. Put up the easy up.

6. Set up a chair.

7. Open the cooler, pull out a Diet Coke and take one big sip. :R

8. Fill the rest of the can with Jack Danials. :cheerswine:
9. Sit in the chair, give thanks for getting there safe. :worship:

10. Hide my Truck Keys. :QM

11. Then enjoy my self. :shake hands:

Note; if arrivial time is before 2PM, then substitute Jack & Coke for Coffee.

I'm with you Chip.

Happy Trails
