but my favorite ever is Van De Walle Farms'. I like the medium, but the hot's not bad either.

I'm growing Caribbean Red this season. In fact, my first one should be ready in a few weeks... Who wants to make some sauce out of that? ;) :lol:

;) I voted for tobasco but we usually go through a bottle of plain jane Louisiana Hotsauce a week. :thumbsup:

I like Tabasco...both the red and the green varieties...but I also make my own from fresh peppers and garlic.
Cholula is good, Taste of Thai Garlic Red Chili Sauce is good, but I'm gonna cast a vote for the hometown boys' Garlic Chipotle Chile Sauce:
