Mine is about 5X9 1/2 and a bit taller than normal. I have fiberglassed/epoxied 3/4" plywood sides, 3/4" framing skinned with 1/8" ply on the inside (insulation throughout), and two 1/8" layers of ply on the roof, also epoxied. I just had it weighed yesterday, and it came out to 1280 lbs. The cabinet face frames and the water tank, etc... are not in yet, so I am guessing that when all that is in it will be closer to 1350 lbs. It's a bit on the heavy side, but my Outback pulls it with no problems.

TTT, 7x10 foot body, 1480 including full propane tanks and all dishes/pans, but NOT including water (or food or bedding or the little portapotty).
Pulled with a Subaru 2.2L wagon... fine, except the clutch. Going to pull with a 4 cyl Ranger. Auto, so no clutch to kill.

My 5X11 steel framed, aluminum skinned w/ full galley weighs in right at 1600lb. This is ready to camp, food, ice, the works. A little heavier than I really wanted, but that's what it is

I still need to get mine weighed, but based on the materials that went into it, I estimate that it weighs around 600-700 pounds. It is a 4X8 Benroy style.

There are two teardrop weight threads that I can find. This particular one that we are writing in now was started in 2004. The other one is here:

http://tnttt.com/viewto ... c&start=45

Maybe we can combine them into one somehow? Dunno.....maybe this post is all that is needed to point people to the other....?

Also, another one on material weights is here:

http://tnttt.com/viewto ... ht=#569700

I know there are a couple more but trying to wade through the search engine and all the posts to find them al is a major task.

Maybe what we need is a poll where people enter the size and weight of their trailer? …Or is there one that I missed?

Rose is 1300# give or take.

5x10 woody.
Holy cow, Rose is a teenager now! Done? Surely you jest. A teardrop is never "done".
