Since the wife is out of town for a few days and I got a cord of wood put away for the cold days :snowstorm: ahead, I've decided to finish the compounding & polishing. This time it's the roof and  & that will be it.
The hardest part will be the area between the vent and hurricane hinge :frightened: , don't want to fall on the ole' beak  Danny

Ohhhh if I had the time, I would re-build the hatch on Todah1 and add a back window. So many dreams, too little time! :(

Although I didn't build mine, there are a couple of things I want to do. Mine came with a crappy 7" TV/DVD/CD/AM/FM under cabinet unit that is way underpowered for the speakers they have, so eventually, I'm gonna get a real CD/AM/FM radio, and replace the TV with a digital 15 flat TV/DVD. I also want to create and mount some kind of plate over the existing hole where the TV antenna comes out to permanently mount the TV/AM/FM antenna, an external cable outlet and an XM antenna.

I'd also like to get some diamond plate to mount along the bottom front to help ward off the rock dings, and a diamond plate toungue box for the propane tank. (But yikes, those tongue boxes are expensive!!!!)

Right now im working on a new pop up table for my floor. Fenders and porsche hub caps. But my pride is going into a new canvas top. Snap on boat style with the De Camp on the front. I always have a ne idea to put into my camper or to change.

 Let's see cabinets after a year and a half,
I guess the major thing I'd like to do is my giant sky light this summer. I plan to have it in by the Aug. gathering.
The fun of the teardrop is not being done I like adding and changing, if it was done what would I do then?

I would love to see how small a functional standy I could make

You should go for the dropped floor for sure!!!! My was an after thought and its great. It wasnt that much work and its been well worth it!!! It makes the camper feel so much bigger and it makes a great storage spot when the bed is made. And when your camper is on the go its a great place to put your gear, keeping it in place. It GREAT for those times when your stuck in the camper thanks to crazy weather outside. LEG ROOM!

Sounds realistic to me without walls a teardrop would be a flat bed trailer

Scott : The sun has been up for 20 minutes how come you are not in the garage working on the hatch.

I am motoring over to HF store today and replacing my spastic tire. The weather forcast is for snow flurries Sunday. I want some 70 degree sunny days. PLEASE

I'm headed to the garage now. have a lot of sanding to do, started fiberglassing my cracks this week. Probably won't get to the Galley hatch before May but it will be leak proof :worship:

They're calling for 70F 3 days this week :applause:

putting a front boot/trunk to help the air flow, putting in new better doors sides, rear hatch, inside rear a removable shelf to use when hatch is open, fender skirts.

I call this phase II of my build, taken it out camping twice as of July 2008.
see album to understand why.
