I voted.... I'm sticking with LADY TEARDROPPERS because although I like the "chikbuilt" saying, there are plenty of good camping girls that didn't build.
And sisters... well, Cindy and I are practically bonafide cousins ... but I thought we were gonna stay away from the sisters of the fly sounding name.

LADY TEARDROPPERS just seems nice and all encompassing to me.

I voted for Lady Teardroppers also. Have always liked that name. It says it all and includes all of us.
If you did your own build something could be added to a tag on the teardrop or tee-shirt

:o I voted. If you Google sister you will find lots of sister group names. Not a word that is likely to cause trouble unless we use Sisters of the fly ________.

Get it too close and we are in big stuff flying.

I think it's very cool that Lady Teardroppers has such a huge lead. After all that was the thread that started this all......................

Maybe MaryK will post a Name Dance for us.

Lady Teardroppers it is.

Since it's been a couple rough days around here, let me just remind everyone... no fighting.

thanks Mike.
I was out camping (with the whole tribe, so in a tent) for about a week.
This looks like it's going to be a ton of fun.

For those of you who sometimes travel with multiple adults, I can make one recommendation (well, two, but one of them you can take with you multiple places). Coleman's season is about over, and their Tucana tent is an absolutely wonderful substitute for a whole hotel.

Goes up in about 10 minutes (in the dark, when you haven't put it up before) and has room for four XXL-size adults (two queen airbeds, plus all our gear).

Plenty of ventilation. I suspect if you so desired you could run the fly over the raised hatch of a tear. We set ours so that the fly partly sheltered the picnic table at Lockhart State Park, and had a great weekend there (Friday night through Monday midmorning).

So that's the second tip: Lockhart State Park.

I agree. it was adorable and it made me laugh. We still need a logo for tee-shirts, hats etc. Nothing wrong with it being Lady Teardroppers with a chick in a pink hat and toolbelt!
