Those of you who no longer sleep in a tent. Now you have a TTT, what do you do to get set up. what do you do first.
considering that you have all ready
Backed in and unhitching it.
Let's say it is late you are ready to turn in.

Thing like the chairs are carried in the trailer, as is the EZ-up... so, they come out first.... we usually stop and eat first, as we tend to arrive late...

It would depend on what time of day we got there.
Lately, it seems that all my camping trips with my kids have included late evening arrivals because of being tied up with work issues.
That being the case... We get everything set up as soon as we get there.
On occasions when we arrive earlier in the day, we usually hop on the mountain bikes or crawl into the canoe first and have some fun right off the bat.

1- Unhitch the tear and open up the galley.
2- Help the rest of the gang without teardrops to set up tents, etc...
3- Explain what a teardrop is to everyone else who seems to drop by at the same time....

Now Dave I got to admit I loves my pickles but If I got to choose between pickles and coffee,,, coffee wins hands down,,, I rather drink bad coffee than award winning liquor any day and any time,, I am a confirmed coffee-a-holic.
ok now we got a cup or two of coffee,,, bring on the PICKLES,,,,,,,,,

I don't carry anything in the cabin that has to be moved if we just want to crash. Normally it take Wanda and I about ten minutes to set up the EZ up, unfold a couple of camp chairs and get the coffee going and another ten minutes to make more coffee for Chip.

Our set up is pretty easy...

Back it in...
Drop the stabilizers...
Take the chairs out of the tongue chest...
Relax... :D

The key to making this whole operation really quick is to have my cordless drillmotor with a socket for the stabilizers. Each stabilizer only takes a few seconds.

To pull out the RC and PJ for Chip requires more steps...
Open the hatch...
Open the fridge...
Grab the PJ...
Close the Fridge...

Open the cabin door...
Open the liquor cabinet door...
Grab the RC...
Close the cabinet door...

Unpack shot glasses...
unpack chaser glasses...
pour twice...
drink once...

Procedurally much more difficult!

I guess if I was a PJ connoisseur I would streamline that operation! :o

Mike, Mike,, you are making this way too difficult,,, in the woods ya got to rough it,, keep crown and PJ in same cooler,, shot glass??????????? we just pass around the bottle here,,, this aint no formal coat and tie affair,, heck next thing I know you will be bringing out the dixie cups and serving up wine that I got to find a cork screw to open,,

By the way Mike when ya heading south????????

I don't know about chilled RC. I think I'd prefer warm RC. Kinda like drinking warm tequila out of the bottle in Mexico! ;)

Don't know when I am heading south yet. This year didn't pan out for the customary trip to Naples. I hope next year will!!!
