I only use the best Volvo's...

Postby ingvar » Tue Nov 20, 2007 8:44 pm

This first one is my 1957 Volvo Sugga military command car. There were only 720 of them made and this might be the only one in Canada and there are probably less than 20 in North America.

This secone one is my wife's 1965 Volvo PV544. This is our summer touring car that we still get close to 30mpg with even towing our teardrop. On one trip we made it still managed pulled our trailer when we were only running on three of the four cylinders. We had a burned out valve that we had to replace when we got home.

Thanks guys, I got my 1st ride in a sugga in Sweden in 1988, it was
the best 4x4 rides I had. It's got vacume diff locks front & back & it goes
a lot more places than any other 4bys that I've had. It took 12 yrs. to get this one from Sweden, All stock & original. The Pv we got 3 yrs. ago,
it's all stock & original

Here's mine:

2002 Ford Explorer Sport Trac 4.0 V6
I bought it because it had a small truck bed, seated 5, and had vinyl floors. My "mom" duties were hauling Boy Scouts and the high school baseball players all over. It has turned out to be perfect for towing the T@B
