what is you full size layout made out of .... did you make a galley out of cheeper wood, cardboard, built it on a computer. I have seen his Galley and it is very nice.

Ron

Ron,
A full sized layout is drawn with pencil and ruler/square in full size on a piece of cardboard, plywood or whatever.
If it's a 3/4" thick member then you draw it full size which is 3/4.
In other words draw in your drawers & everything else to the actual full size & be very accurate, it's worth the time and effort.
You draw the side section which is like looking through the galley exterior wall from the side with x-ray vision.
Call out all dimensions no matter how trivial it may seem & double check you math and your drawing.
You'll need to incorporate or consider the wall profile and lid profile so there are no issues when closed.

Grab a square piece of plywood or whatever, cut it the dimensions from the galley bulkhead to the rear of the trailer and the full height of the trailer at that point.
Now trace the exterior profile of your galley on it.
Now you have the foundation of your full sized lay out.
If you draw it out this way, and the face view (another piece of material), you'll get exactly what you planned, if you follow your layout to the "T".
