Postby Ron Dickey » Mon Jan 30, 2006 4:10 pm

a door is a door is a door
a hatch is a hatch or is it a door
Now you have done it
you put in the doors and .....
you put in a hatch .....

what do you wish you had done if you were to do it again.

It is perfect because it is large enough to enter/exit comfortably, it doesn't leak, and it keeps mean people out!:fb

No sever problems even if mine are 21" wide and 36" tall. only problem is one of the side doors has a slight warp in it and had to add an extra layer of weather seal to it.
Not bad for a first build I guess.
Next time however I might make them a few inches wider.

My street side door leaks very slightly in a very heavy wind-driven rain. I need to experinent with different weather stripping to improve the seal.
