What part of your galley are you proudist of as well.

I answered in Rear, but I did not offer a question for mine.

it can face inside for cold food or clothing storage, it will pull straight back and turn around and face outside.

I sent Mike a drawing .... he said hope it works.

Mine will be removable from the trailer frame and work as a utlity trailer,
plus I can carry it in the bed of my truck.

I am thinking of building a Road side chuck wagon later.
offering side and tie down top storage, water conainer on tung, tailgate type back ledge with pull out stove. Needs some updating could make it out of very thin ply.
seen in Popular Mechnics do it yourself encyclopedia from 1968 (I am sure everyone has one... ha ha ...vol. 15 page 2742)
that I can put on the base trailer for picknics, or carry in the truck bed and pull the trailer with camper.
so when I park the trailer I can take the truck and go picniking in style.
so I might in the future have 2 galleys

I designed my galley the way I did because I wanted everything galley related, in the galley. Did not want to haul anything pertaining to eating, drinking, or cooking in the tow vehicle because I already had a full tow vehicle. So, my galley has a water tank, sink, propane stove, cooler, storage for food, pots/pans, utinsels, and food all built in. Just the way I wanted it.

My galley is in the back, partly because it is tradition, partly because that is how Mike designed the Ultralight, and partly because it just makes sense.

I have no pass throughs, instead counting on making the minimal space most effecient.

There will be a built in ice chest, using space that would be ost otherwise. I will carry 2 or 3 small one burner stoves instead of the tradional 2 burner coleman, space again.

No propane, no battery, no 12 v lights. I'll use LED langterns and flashlights.

Water will go inside in 6 gallon jugs riding right over the axle.

I was speeding right along, then came one of those big anniversaries that brings everyone from far and wide,and now I have to work a couple of weeks.
