Fire retarding primer

Anyone use this stuff or something similar as their primer.

I've been day-dreaming this afternoon about a future build and thinking a wood/foam hybrid of some kind. Given the flamability of foams, and sleeping in a sealed box near fires or with stoves onboard...

What part of the foamie? The data sheet says not for use on vertical surfaces like walls; just soffits and the like.

I had considered using a similar product, different brand on the underside of the eves etc on our cabin but opted for cement fiber board and heat sealing soffit vents instead. IIRC there are other paints that can be used on walls. To be activated the temperature needs to be fairly high; wonder if there really is any point in something small where the fire would likely wake or kill you before the paint did much good. Our use and the use it is intened for, I believe, is wildfire protection of buildings. The ones I looked into expand and formed an insulating layer, IIRC.

Just thinking about because of the idiocy I have witnessed in the pat. I margin is a margin. If one is trying to get outnof a amall enclosure fast.

Plus if I'm using a lot of synthetic material in the build. I see some of the foams are flamable.
