This was recommended to me to help seal the tear and I was already considering it anyways to match the tow vehicle. I found some do it yourself ones with color choices. Problem now is choosing what color and smooth or textured.

OOH, AHH, thanks for the link. I was debating on using bed liner for my roof. the "SMOOTH" would be great. and now to pick a color.

I would suggest checking out Monstaliner and see how it compares. I decide to use Monstaliner after much research. 2 part, UV stable, any color (if you use auto pimgment tint)

I liked this brand because it has the UV protector in it and there is no mixing.

Hi: A similar product is called "Grizley Grip". I wouldn't know if one is better than the other but, its nice to compare.

I wonder if this will be a viable alternative compared to using Filon. From what I see, you throw on a couple of layers of smooth texture and you get waterproofing, UV protection, and color all at once. Another plus would be that this stuff can take a heck of a lot of abuse.

through the website, I ordered a sample of the non textured liner. It seems a little too soft and pliable, and I could gouge the coating with my thumb nail. It reminded me of the rubberized dip coatings you can buy in small cans.

I was hoping for a more rock solid liner more like the "Line X" in my GMC's bed. I would suggest requesting a sample and make your own assumptions.

Yeah but it seems line X is the only brand that has that rock hard finish. Rhino liner, herculiner, ect are all more rubbery. I did get a sample and I had to use a fork to gouge it. Think a few layers or a thicker coating might help this.

I got samples of durabak in forest green smooth and texture to paint my jeep and ttt its hard as a rock and tough as a nail. Call them and get u a sample.
