I located some 5' wide al sheet but the only thickness they have is .050. I did the math and it adds about 100# to the trailer with out the trim. The sides of my trailer are just a hair under 5' tall, so I really need to go with 5' wide sheets or coils. The sheets are 5' x 10 and 5' x 12'. I am going to end up with a seam over the top/front curve.

That's the same thickness I used for both roof and sides. It was all I could get. May be heavier, but you'll never see it tin caning while you're going down the road

SAF.com is one place that sells aluminum sheets in a variety of thicknesses and sheet sizes. Click on OR pick thickness to see what size sheets are available in the different thicknesses. They sell sheets, in some thicknesses, as large as 4x12 or 5x10.

I have not bought from them. Instead of using aluminum I'm fiberglassing.
