At last some real progress.....

I've wired everything up and I'm sure you did not want to see me swearing at the tiny screws I can't see anymore; it's an age thing.

The walls are insulated. A colleague gave me some shiny insulation and I put a couple of layers into the walls.

Once the walls were up, a problem with the galley hatch revealed itself....to follow shortly

Profile is looking very nice, Grant. :applause:

Hope the issue with the hatch has a simple fix for you.

Hatch fix looks good. Are you going to run strips up and over the roof, too; make it look like trim you intended from the get go?

Yup, good idea. I may even make the strips a different colour. Interesting how fate has a hand in the design.

What's that saying? The only difference between a hack and a craftsman is how well they hide their mistakes!

It has been at least 2 months since my last update, it's because I've been on holiday and work has taken a grip of my life.

I'm pleased to say the doors have holes for windows, the wiley windows are in and the latches (not handles) are in position with the strike plates.
At last some progress.....

The balance is on the wiley window supports, if they are taller they intrude more into the cabin space....

Found this link on strip
Plank for a boat. I'm mulling over version II and though this may give me some flexibility in design

No biggy on the mistake on the hatch. If we saw you teardrop finished we would just thought you made it that way. The extra strip will add strengthen the outer lip of the hatch as well.

It is looking great Grant. Keep the videos coming.
