Hi all, I havn't been around in quiet a while. I have a few old Iron pieces, but I have a question. I have recently discovered the advantages of cooking Pizza's with iron. I started with a small skillet and liked it so much I ordered a Camp Chef pizza pan.
My question concerns the surface. There is quiet a bit of roughness, is this a quality issue, or is this something that will go away with more seasoning? All of the other iron I have are slick as glass.
