I know, I was being somewhat facetious. ;)

I refuse to be in that situation where I need a scooter.

More parts: I got a roll of butyl rubber tape to seal the window in place.

What do you think this looks rear good, especially since our natural gas only costs $1.10 per 1000 cu ft
The same elec would cost me $10 at peak time.
If I ran this thing 250 hrs I got my money back

You have CNG stations around you? There are some here in NM but not common; 4 CNG gas stations in 3 cities and that's it. Propane all over the place but more $$.

A friend who designs/installs solar uses that generator for people who need a generator for stand by purposes. They do work well. IF, I was needing an electric strat generator at our cabin I would get one in propane. OTOH, if I wanted one for at home the CNG would be great.

Cool. Does it bolt down? Easy open if you know the code? In NM that is something I don't have to worry about... the transport part at least, unless I wanted to carry the armory. ;) Still need a place to keep them safe from thieves though, but I do find a holster is safe from theft. :) Have to watch the differing laws going state to state though. Need a wall chart to keep them straight. NM is simple; car or RV, trailer is an extension of your home; open carry permitted unless posted, CCW permits available without need to show why.

I'm a wheel gun man myself. :)

Prem, Howdy;

Had the opportunity to buy an original Streetsweeper when I lived in Md. back in the late '80's.
Looked like a 12 ga. pump with a Dinty Moore Beef stew can stuck to the bottom.
Originally made and used in Apartheid times in South Africa to clear the streets of rioters.
in 1999 they fell under the gun control statutes...

hank,

Yeah, the barrel is too short for pheasant hunting on that one, plus you lose the awesome sound of operating the slide to load the first round and announce to the birds that it's serious rock and roll time if they don't fly away right now.
My goal...

How bout one of these for a "security system"

http://www.keltecweapons.com/our-guns/ksg/shotgun/
Or
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saiga-12

These are much more effective than the old street sweeper and have not been banished by governmental tyranny....yet

The thought of installing a pistol safe in the CT never crossed my mind, but for the low cost and security it provides for your wallet and pistol while you are taking a shower at the bathhouse, it would definitely be worth while.

Lots of good ideas and advise around here!
