If you plan on off road travel, or even if you do not you need brakes.

Max Headroom check, from the absolutely bare floor. With a five (5) inch mattress leaves me three (3) inches to spare.
Any thoughts?

What is inside the front wall?
The outside face is 3/8" plywood, with 1x2 studs separated by 3/4" Owens Corning FOAMULAR® 250 Rigid Foam insulation, 1/4" plywood inside face.

Cut outs for the windows. Cut all 4 walls at once.
The windows are 6" x 8" two per side. The windows should be eye level when sitting inside the trailer.
These are to be Wiley windows. I wish I could find the metal frames for the Wiley windows.
