My teardrop galley has a built in camp chef 2 burner propane stove on a slide out drawer. Frying pan, pot and coffee percolator in the cabinet. I carry a 20lb propane bottle.

If that isn't enough, I sometimes bring 8 and 12 inch Dutch Ovens and fire kit.

When cooking for large groups, I also have been known to bring a camp chef 2 burner portable propane stove with a steel griddle that covers it. That thing gets heavy, but you gotta love cooking on a flat iron grill!

I am a simple thrifty experienced camp cook. My lovely bride will take the time and effort to make the bread and vegetables and I will tend to the main course. You see we each have our forte and it is best to stick to what you know. What I know best is charcoal grilling. From foil wrapped trout to a few well marbled T-bone steaks I have messed up enough to have learned how to protect my investment. May I submit for your consideration, my current favorite tool in my small arsenal of camping weapons of mealcraft! My most recent inexpensive addition to the ol' grill collection is the Masterbuilt 22.5 kettle grill. $59.00 at HD and worth every penny. I highly suggest the Weber flip side 22.5" grill to make this grill one for the ages.

the latest is porclean its a 8 cup or 14 cup big coffee pot. and its got no inards..........its a boiler and you can even put the coffee grounds in a clean sock and pitch it into the pot as its boiling. I prefer grounds lots of them on top of warm water than hit a roiling boil................I am falling my roots as I am now into the chuckwagen style of cooking................and the coffee my new machine makes is good and stought and black............slowcowboy.

Just recently upgraded to a two burner coleman propane from the single burner this year.

Some cheap walmart silicone utensils, and a 3qt sauce pan with strainer top and 9" non stick frying pan.

Looking to include some cast iron in the near future.
My build, 5x8 modified benroy "Smiles to go". Started April 2nd 2015, first trip August 2nd 2015.

2 burner coleman propane stove, small portable BBQ, I got the adaptor hose so we can use a 20lb bottle. 2 pots with lids, 2 fry pans and tin foil, 2 knifes, cutting board, can opener. flipper, tongs. I keep meals simple. I have fed up to 9 people with this set up.
Also have a rocket stove that I used but produces to much smoke for me.
Also roast wienies and marshmallows over the fire.
