Newbie forum questions?!

Hi all, a quick bit of help requested please! I have gone through the User Control Panel and looked in all the various settings and can't seem to find answers to the following:

1. how can I turn off email subscriptions? I want to subscribe to various threads, I just don't want to be emailed everytime they are updated!
2. how do I "view all subscribed threads" Where is the link to this? Can't seem to find it?
3. How do I change the number of posts per page? I'm new, looking at lots of build threads, the 10 posts per page is super annoying, lots of clicking!

These spammers have created a mess on my viewing pages. As I am sure it is happening for everyone. Until the moderators can clean this up, I would have to open almost all the threads up just to find new posts. Guess I will go do something else for the day.

Help Admin....rid us of these posts.
