Dreaming up a future rebuild of our 1966 Scotty Gaucho where we have staggered bunks to fit our four kids. Basically a tiny bunk house. Next to the entrance door is the kitchen area, possibly sliding out an access panel to be used on the outside and just have a high bench inside or more storage. They would only have about a foot over their feet teardrop style. The bottom side bunk especially would be short on upper body space since the front bed is 35" wide like the current dinette. Side bunks only 24" x 6ft. In my dreams that is a decent sized 2/3-way fridge between the big bed and the bunks.
