Looks good. You put in a number of spicy ingredients, but it's a big dish, so how spicy does it end up being? Thanks for making the videos and posting them.

Cindy, it was a spicy little number, so much that my wife, who is a self-proclaimed "spicy ninny", said I'd have to tone it down for her tastebuds next time. :R But she is even cautious when eating mild salsa...... :FNP And, when you make it, let the corn cool down before biting into it!
