I got photos I took yesterday and can show you who I work for and where I was at I was up at moran junction by yellowstone park!!!!!!

Let me ask you a serious question: How does a transport truck operator keep from overfilling the storage tank? I don't know anything about this, so I'd be curious to hear a propane guy's theory on what caused this accident. Do you think it was operator error or mechanical error? Or both? And how'd the operator survive?
