I vacuum bagged mine but I still rolled it out first.

I think I'm going to use West epoxy on the walls then vacuum bond them. Any ideas on the ceiling?

You just lay the skin on the trailer roof and use the edge trim to hold it down. No glue required. Most people do it that way without a hitch.

Is this method the standard? Does that still work when the front wall is also part of the roof?

Pretty standard, I don't know anyone who hasn't floated their roof skin. My front wall is part of the roof and I wrapped the filon down to the frame:

Mine has oil canned on one side pretty bad over this summer. Anyone manage to salvage the filon when they fixed this issue? I want to fix before I bed liner the whole thing.

How did you bond your Filon to your walls? Were your walls coated with anything prior to the installation? How did you do your roof?
