I have passed my dislike for noisy crowds and shopping-as-entertainment to my kids. We are strict about absolutely no shopping on Black Friday after Thanksgiving (even grocery shopping), and almost as strict about Boxing Day. However, we will hit a few places later in the weekend or next week while the kids are out of school. We have a tradition of giving a few late presents on 12th Night/Three Kings Day, when Mediterranean tradition says the wise men gave their gifts. I admit I started that gifting "tradition" in our family when the kids were small to make the gifting more affordable for a single mom.
;)
That means I have until Jan 6.

The good feeling of taking a person to Christmas mass that did not have a ride.

Very Nice! If Toyota offered a diesel in their Tundra, I would have bought one in 08 when I purchased the Dura-Max (I pull heavy loads) which is actually an Isuzu diesel. Sad thing is they still do not offer it.

My youngest boy has a Tacoma and absolutely loves it, after driving Chevy's he said it's the best move he ever made as far as vehicles.

I'm sure it will give you many miles of happy "Tear Tuggin" Congrats on the new truck!

I got a nice present, too. Same as Bruce's except you'll see me coming in a snow storm! Barcelona Red for me. I always wanted a red pickup. The fiberglass shell was installed yesterday. It will keep my camping equipment safe and dry.

I love red trucks. And you have a very good brand of top. You have a great combination.

Got myself a golf buddy gps rangefinder. It certainly couldn't hurt my game.

Wasn't available for the after Christmas sales. Anyway, there's no hurry now. I can take my time deciding. My old stuff still works; it's just antiquated.
