That looks so much like the Midget Trailer... it need tons of TLC... but maybe, just maybe... Rhonda, are you out there?

This does not appear to be listed in the "trailer" section of e-bay.
Listed in category: Collectibles > Transportation > Other Transportation
Also listed in: Everything Else > Weird Stuff > Slightly Unusual

This might be an opportunity for some one "steal" it. Weird stuff and slightly unusual does apply to teardrops but if you look at what is listed, I doubt these buyers are looking for tiny tears. Someone has to snag this.
$10.00 and you are the top bidder right now. Go go go.

For $10 that is one of the cheapest lawn fixtures for Halloween!

Although the owner suggests it "would make a great GIANT LADYBUG "

If that was near me I would snatch it up in a second just for the parts. The hitch alone is worth it.

Shrug,

I agree the parts are probably worth the money. But as the old man used to say, "You can't make a silk purse out of a sows ear."

Hay it is still on its wheels! Other than the back drivers side is sagging and coming apart.
It looks as if it was well built. If you were going to build something like it, one could learn a lot by just taking it apart.

That's a pretty far cry from this VenToura model...

http://www.allmanufacturedhomes.com/htm ... _nov02.htm

Seriously though, someone should buy it if only to document the lines for future builders. I'll offer to reimburse the buyer for the $10 purchase price. You take lots of photos, measurements, and then do what you will with it. Send all of the photos and measurements to Mike and copies to me. If you decide to demolish it, I'll pay $20 for the VenToura emblem.

If you decide to rebuild it, I'll throw in $200 towards the cost of restoration. I'm thinking you could either haul it on a flatbed or strap it together with cargo straps in order to move it.

Anyone else want to buy in?
The tiny trailer in the avatar is designed to carry our recumbents and sometimes sleep in. We LOVE having a kitchen in the woods and a place for most of our gear.

Time is a fleeting, there are 22 hours to go and this one is still there for $9.99. Someone must need this at that price. :fadein:
