Don't know about durability. And the first person set up next to me, that decides to start running power equipment is going to get some pretty nasty looks...

I know what you mean. I was across a campground from an RV that had a woodshop in the "basement". It was annoying.

On the other hand, I like this for my no garage, no workshop, no studio, no third bedroom, no backyard townhouse. Its gotten fairly good reviews. Not for heavy duty work obviously, but contains all the tools I wish I had room to store.
