We decided to slide over a bit this year and reserved spot #41.

Unfortunately I don't think we're going to make it this year. My mom's health has declined to where she needs assistance every day and our finances are not doing well since I lost my job. I may be able to make it our for a day trip to say hi. If not drink a cold one for me please.

Sure hoping you can make it, even for a day. I've been through much the same myself. Even with all you've got going on, you still deserve a little fun here and there.

I wasn't going to make it as I was going on a week long tour or Oklahoma and Arkansas but since the company I work for was sold our vacation time now only exists for what we have accrued and with the new company being much smaller I highly doubt I will still get my four weeks of vacation. Everything is still in transition and I will know more after Sept 30th when it is effective

Who usually pays for the campfire site?

Usually someone pays for it (and sometimes his site) as a present to MJ for his birthday. I've done it before as has others. Someone better hurry up and reserve those site(s) for him before someone out of our group does.
