HF axle upgrade

Has anyone swapped out the stock axle on their HF trailer with this one? It's got brake flanges, which are appealing for those of us with a small car who may want to add brakes to our build. Also, it's not priced like highway robbery. I did a forum search and it didn't pop up anywhere.
