I got some more done. Finished painting trim and installed it. Got one section of led lights up. I'm using the 5050 cool white in the garage area to give plenty of light to work on the bikes if needed. I will be using 3935 warm white in the living area for a more natural light.

That's looking good Anthony. Those colors are easy on the eyes and the LED strip lites are excellent for general lighting. Throw in a couple task lites in garage and galley along with the ramp lites and you should be covered.
Amazing what a difference the insulation makes. If you get a chance look into Henry reflective roof paint. Totally worth the effort and cost. (Its like 40.00/gal = 100sqft coverage) Big difference in roof temp. Every little bit helps this time of year.

I'll look into that roof paint once I get the AC installed. I spent $120 on primer and paint for the inside. Still have a gallon for painting the bathroom and cabinets.

I'm getting the AC installed at the rv repair place now. I asked then about holding tanks and they said they usually remove one of the floor joists to make room for the tanks. What are you guys doing to fit holding tanks under your ctc?

You can't get 15" wide tanks anywhere that will fit between the 16" OC floor joists? That is what I used. No need to cut the joists.

Floor joists are 2x3 since it is a car hauler, so I have to find 14" tanks that are less than 10" high for ground clearance. I can find some, but they are less than 20 gallon tanks (more in the 14 gallon range). I'm wanting at least 30 gallon.

Been doing some work on the conversion. It was out for 2.5 weeks to fix a leak and install 15k AC unit. I got the led strips up, used cool white in garage area and warm white in LQ. I have outside AC outlet, one in garage and two in the kitchen. I installed the bunk beds and built the bathroom platform. I have fridge on a platform as well to make plumbing easier to run under it instead of around it. I have the base cabinet framed with the counter plywood base done. I plan on getting a sheet of formica and gluing it to the plywood. The closet is framed with electric converter in the bottom. I plan on "skinning" everything with 5mm underlayment known as tri-ply and painting it. I have black and gray tanks ordered and should get here this week. I hope to get toilet and black tank in before the weekend for our race/camping trip.

Got some of the biggies knocked out. That is gonna be a good sized trailer. It's just so handy to your own stuff available for times like race weekends or bike rallies. Before you know it , you are getting spoiled and won't remember how you could have any fun without it. It's like not havin a beer cooler in the garage. Now you're just working. But throw in a couple cold ones, and now yer having fun with the boys. Liquid magic.

It's been a slow go, electric took longer than expected. Now working on the water supply lines. PEX is awesome! Make it go much faster and easier. Should have that finished today. Will be nice to have a sink with running water to wash up in.

If it's anything like my experience , everything takes longer than I plan..I tend to be too optimistic with my estimates.

I used PEX also and that does make the job quicker and easier. I've not pressurized mine yet... so the jury is out on how well it went yet.
