I've been working for about a year now on my "tiny" trailer. It's finally finished. The base measures 8' x 6' x 6' tall. the galley is inside, so it's not a teardrop. I did however use similar construction. 1/4" luan inside and out with 1" expanded poly insulation. I used filon for the exterior covering. The whole trailer weighs in at 1400lbs. Inside pictures wil follow later, when we get a sunny day in Indianapolis.
Good lookin' trailer! Yeah -- let's see those interior photos -- and a floor plan if you have one. Oh yeah -- how does it tow with the six foot height? I could be interested in a taller trailer on of these days.
The tiny trailer in the avatar is designed to carry our recumbents and sometimes sleep in. We LOVE having a kitchen in the woods and a place for most of our gear.

Sum's galley is inside and it's considered a teardrop. I see that the outside looks like a teardrop. I'd call it a teardrop. Might not be a traditional teardrop. But a tear just the same.
