Right temp on cast iron

To cook.on cast you need a hot iron skillet or Dutch oven but did you know you can forget a pan warni g it up and get it way to hot to cook on???? ..its a real Thu g to hot of cast iron to cook! Slow cowboy.

Plans. there was supposed to be plans to be followed when I built this thing. Opps! AH, gee, tum,tee tum. I think I forgot about the plans 2 years ago. ------Tow vehicles, 1995 ford explore, 1994 ford ranger, 1993 ford F-150, 2009 4x9 Off road teardrop, on harbor freight greatly modified frame.

Not only can you get it too hot to cook, but that is one way of removing the seasoning to start with bare iron. Self cleaning ovens usually run about 500 degrees and will clean right down to bare iron.
