At 12W per sq ft, a 4 X 8 trailer would consume ~400W. Too much to run off a battery-inverter combo.

At $7.50 per sq ft. that trailer would run ~ $250.

Lots of money for few watts. A 400W space heater will cost you ~$50.

These are a little noisy, but amazingly quick to get even a large space toasty

I use the rubber tiles from Wal-Mart. They don't hold the cold, actually add a little R value , are cozy under foot, don't use power and are cheap. They also work in tents.
