I have been thinking about doing this. Anyone else done it to a finished build and had sort of a before and after comparison? Is it worth it?

I agree! Box reinforced frame rail with decent welds, big washers capturing the shock bushings, looks like nice hard Delrin or polyurethane spacer bushings for the standoffs with quality grade fasteners and self locking nuts (so that the shock eye bushings can be preloaded but not over compressed), good angle on the shock (not too flat, and the lay down angle that is there is opposing the spring motion as it extends under compression), and both shock eyes are oriented in sync in a fashion that won't bind as the axle articulates. Well done.

Nice work Slow. Keep plugging away and some day it will be finished. Stay off Facebook and it could be a lot sooner.
